Virtual Sick Visit — $89

Virtual evaluation for common non-emergency concerns, including:

• Cold, cough, flu-like and respiratory symptoms
• Sinus, allergy and sore-throat symptoms
• Uncomplicated urinary symptoms
• Pink eye and minor eye concerns
• Minor rashes and skin concerns
• Nausea, diarrhea and minor gastrointestinal concerns
• Headaches and migraines
• Other appropriate acute concerns

Treatment and prescriptions may be provided when clinically appropriate.

Routine Health & Medication Visit — $109

For routine health concerns and medication needs, including:

• Medication review and appropriate prescription refills
• Review of recent laboratory results
• Stable asthma and allergies
• Acid reflux/GERD
• Other appropriate routine health concerns

Medication refills are not guaranteed. Medical records, laboratory results, home readings, testing, or an in-person evaluation may be required when clinically appropriate.

More than a prescription. Ongoing medical weight-management care.

Personalized care may include GLP-1/GIP and other prescription treatment options when clinically appropriate, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, laboratory monitoring, and ongoing assessment of progress and treatment response.
